The Vietnam Memorial

This was one of the places that I had always wanted to visit here in Washington DC. To me, Vietnam was a war that no one belonged in. It's hard to describe the feeling of being here. It's sad, the number of names of people who died in this war. The wall seems to go on forever. It's quiet here, no one really talks, it's a place to think, remember, ponder, wonder why, and reflect. It's beautiful in it's simplicity.
